report identifies adverse impact to the segment of SW 8'" Street due to project tiatfic and has
adequately addressed mitigation measures. We conclude the traffic study has sufficiently
addressed the traffic impact associated with the Miami Rarer DevatopmenL
development and is contemplating a series of improvements including bicycle lanes, short-term
and long-term hieycle parking, a transit hus stop as part of the City's future trolley service, and
Riverwalk improvements. These improvements will encourage people to travel to and from the
proposed development using public transportation and will promote bicycling and walking. We
recommend that the proposed improvements identified in the report should be part of the final
development order for this project
