Re: Mimi Bay Club
501 NE 391h Street, Miami, EL 33137
Dear Mr. Garcia
I am a neighbor of the proposed Miami Bay Club project and have resided in my
homestead property in Magnolia Park for (14) years. 1 have reviewed the proposed
plans for the project and am providing this letter as my 5uppgrt Qr the glo ure of
the publicc s to, the bay walk adiaggnt
The Miami Say Club project abuts a residential neighborhood which does not
currently have and is not required to provide a bay walk The City owned Pallot
Park is located immediately south of the project which provides public access to
Biscayne Bay. The park provides nearly 500 feet of public waterfront access. A
more beneficial addition to the area would be improvements to the park which
would create a more user friendly public experience.
I am opposed to the small "dead-end" portion of Bay Walk adjacent to Miami Bay
Club. Based on current and past challenges in Magnolia Park, I assure you this
isolated out of public view portion of a Bay Walk would provide an entry for
criminal activity and unlawful fishing pier. The small portion of Bay Walk is
completely out of public view from the street and from most of the Park area.
Magnolia Park has many isolated areas such as this and the illegal activities tatting
place are already more than can be managed by police and watchful residents.
Please do not create additional challenging areas for residents and the police to
contend with,
I may have a very different view on this matter if it were not a "dead-end" isolated
piece of Bay Walk and that it actually extended throughout the Upper East Side
however that is not likely to be the case in our life time. More likely, the area will be
underwater before a Bay Walk will transect the Bay Pointe community.
Additionally, Pallot Park directly abuts Miami Bay Club providing plenty of public
waterfront access. Moreover, the planned Bay Wally ends south of Magnolia Park
due to the (6) lame 1-195 roadway and two vehicular access ramps.

Bear Mr. Garcia
I am a neighbor of the proposed Miami Bay Club project. 1 have reviewed the proposed
plans for the project and am providing this letter as my support for lie closure of the public
access to the bay walk.
The Miami Bay Club project abuts a residential neighborhood which does not currently
have, and is not required to provide, a Tray walk. A City park is located just south of the
project which provides public access to Biscayne Bay. The park provides nearly 500 feet of
public access to the bay. A more beneficial addition to the area would be improvements to
the park, which would create a more active park for the residents. Requiring the Miami Bay
Club project to provide public access to a bay walk which terminates at the Bay Point
neighborhood provides nothing more than an entry for potential criminal activity within the
neighborhood. For this reason, I support the elimination of the public access to the Baywalk
at the property.
I encourage your support and approval of this project and the closure of the public access to
the bay walk.

Re: Miami Bay Club
601 NE 39 Street, NUami, FL 33137
Dear Mr. Garcia
I am a neighbor of the aforementioned project and a resident of the Bay Point neighborhood.
I have reviewed the proposed plans for the Miami Bay Club project at the above referenced
location (the "Project").
Based on the information provided, I fully support the Project as proposed based on the fact
that the project represents the nature and character of our neighborhood In addition; I
support the elimination of the public access to the Baywalk at the property. Forcing the
Project to include a Baywalk will provide minimal public benefit while exposing the Bay
Point neighborhood to a rear access paint for criminal activity. Whatever public gain is
realized by inclusion of the Baywalk is greatly outweighed by the threat to the health and
safety of the Bay Point neighborhood.
We encourage your support and approval of this Project and the closure of the public access
to the Baywalk.
Sincerely,
