APPROVED: C) Date CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on September 24, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the procurement of a proprietary web -based platform that offers financial transparency to local and state governments from OpenGov, Inc., at 955 Charter Street, Redwood City, CA 94064, for the Office of Management and Budget, subject to the availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need and further authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute any necessary amendments, renewals, and modifications for said purposes. The account number for this allocation is 00001.2311000.534000.0.0 Inquiries from other potential sources of such a product who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirement for this item may contact Richard McLaren, C.P.M., City of Miami Department of Procurement, at (305) 416-1958, All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning such proposed acquisition.
