Background Information: The Capital Improvement and Transportation Program (CITP) has completed the restoration activities at Merrie Christmas Park which included soil removal and relocation at the Property and alteration of the COC plume from what was delineated during the assessment phase at the Property. Miami -Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, formally known as the Department of Environmental Resources Management, requires the City to enter into a covenant agreement acknowledging the limitations and requirements associated with the NFAC application for the Property Budget Impact Analysis NO Is this item related to revenue?
