Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of
and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed
new allocation(s)l amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below* tt
1. Discuss and propose resolution authorizing the allocation of PY2017-18 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, in the
amount of $2,119,782 to Capital Improvement Department for Street and Park Improvement to the agencies specified in Attachment "A"
(Moved to 1/1112018).
2. Discuss and propose resolution authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Collaboration Agreement, between Miami Dade County, the
City of Miami, City of North Miami, City of Hialeah, Hialeah Housing Authority, City of Miami Garden, City of Miami Beach and Housing
Authority of the Cit of Miami Beach for the 2020 Assessment of Fair Housing for the period of October 1, 2020 to September 30 ,2025.
* The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorized the City
Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.
tThis item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period
begins Tuesday, November 14, 2017 and ends on Wednesday, December 13, 2097. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented
to City Commission for approval on Thursday, December 14, 2017 (public hearing).

comment on funding amendments affecting the City's annual Action Plan for US Department of Housing & Urban Development
(HUD) programs. The proposed amendment(s) and respective description(s) can be found at:
