Ms. Lynn B. Lewis offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI HISTORIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL
PRESERVATION BOARD APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS AS SPECIFIED IN
EXHIBIT "A",AN AD VALOREM TAX EXEMPTION PRECONSTRUCTION
APPLICATION FOR HISTORIC PROPERTIES AT 7100 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD
WITHIN THE MIMO HISTORIC DISTRICT
The motion was seconded by Mr. Hugh Ryan and was passed and adopted by a vote of

1) The owner commits to fully restore the original facade found beneath the false facade
fronting Biscayne Boulevard within one year of issuance of the demolition permit for the
false facade. All restoration work will be subject to review and approval by the Preservation
Office,
2) Appropriately detailed demolition plans shall be submitted to staff describing the method of
protecting and restoring the architectural features of the original 1939 design. The applicant
shall provide an as -built drawing of the existing facade and submit it to the Preservation
Office
