A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH CONDITION(S) TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION OF THE CLOSURE, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE, A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY, LOCATED AT 348 NORTHEAST 20 TERRACE AS LISTED IN SECTION 55-15 (C), OF THE MIAMI CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES MIAMI, FLORIDA. The applicant or their successor shall comply with the conditions of approval stated for the Platinum Edge Tentative Plat #1873 , in a letter dated March 16, 2016, issued by the Department of Public Works. 2.
