A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD, WITH
ATTACHMENT(S), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH CONDITION(S) TO THE MIAMI CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CLOSURE, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC
USE, A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY, LOCATED AT 348 NORTHEAST 20 TERRACE AS LISTED IN
SECTION 55-15 (C), OF THE MIAMI CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Daniel Milian the motion passed and was adopted by a vote of 10-
0.

according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 40, of the Public Records of Miami -
Dade County, Florida.

CONDITION(S)
1. The applicant or their successor shall comply with the conditions of approval stated for the
Platinum Edge Tentative Plat #1873 , in a letter dated March 16, 2016, issued by the
Department of Public Works.
2. The applicant or their successor shall comply with all development standards identified in
Miami 21 Code and all applicable Local, State and Federal regulations.
