On the Sth day of December, 2016, the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met at its regular meeting place in City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami,
Florida, in regular session. The Commission Meeting was called to order by Chair
Hardemon at 2:10 p.m., recessed at 2:16 p.m., reconvened at 3:16 p.m. and adjourned
at 3:42 p.m.
Note for the Record. rice Chair Russell entered the Commission chambers at 2:10
p.m. and Commissioner Gort entered the Commission chambers at 2:13 p.m.
