The meeting was called to order by Chair King at 4:57 p.m., and was adjourned at 4: 59 p.m. ALSO PRESENT: Domini Gibbs-Sorey, Assistant General Counsel Todd B. Hannon, Clerk of the Board Chair King: Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome to the Midtown CRA (Community Redevelopment Agency). At this time, we are going to -- we have two items, meeting minutes and the proposed budget. MCRA RESOLUTION 19791 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE MIDTOWN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("CRA"), WITH ATTACHMENT(S), ACCEPTING AND APPROVING 2026 PROPOSED BUDGET OF THE MIDTOWN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED AS EXHIBIT "A", IN THE AMOUNT OF SIXTEEN MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($16,878,968.00) FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 2026 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2027 RESPECTIVELY; DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OR HIS DESIGNEE TO TRANSMIT A COPY OF THE BUDGET TO THE CITY OF MIAMI AND MIAMI-DADE COUNTY. Mr. Hannon: I believe the attorney will just read the title into the record briefly and there is an amendment to title for the Midtown CRA (Community Redevelopment Agency) resolution. Chair King: Okay. Domini Gibbs-Sorey: Good afternoon. Domini Gibbs-Sorey, assistant city attorney, serving as general counsel to the Midtown CRA. The first resolution is a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Midtown Community Redevelopment Agency accepting and approving the 2026-2027 proposed budget of the Midtown Community Redevelopment Agency in an amount of $16, 878, 968. Chair King: Thank you. May I have a motion for the minutes of November 20th, 2025 -- Board Member Pardo: So moved. Chair King: -- and for the Midtown CRA's proposed budget for FYI [sic] `27. Vice Chair Escalona: Second. Chair King: So, I have a motion and a second. All in favor? The Board Members (Collectively): Aye. Chair King: Yes. Mr. Hannon: Oh, my apologies. Then so the resolution will be adopted to update the title. Chair King: Yes. Mr. Hannon: My apologies. Chair King: Okay, thank you.
