OTHER: (PLEASE SPECIFY): ARPA GRANT CLOSEOUT AMENDMENT — MIAMI DADE COLLEGE
PURPOSE OF ITEM (DETAILED SUMMARY): Execution Fourth (Final) Amendment to the ARPA Grant Agreement between the City
of Miami and Miami Dade College extending the term of the Workforce Development and Training Program through October 30, 2026.
The amendment was requested by the subrecipient following a review of program expenditures, which determined that additional time is
needed to fully expend the remaining ARPA funds ($8,735), complete all eligible program activities, and conduct final program closeout.
The amendment does not increase the original award amount of $2,000,000 authorized under Resolution No. 21-0352 and serves solely as a
final extension of the agreement term. The agreement further acknowledges that ARPA funds must be expended by December 31, 2026, and
therefore no extension beyond that date is permitted.
