REPORT EVALUATING THE STRUCTURES AND SYSTEMS OF ALL POLICE AND
FIRE FACILITIES OWNED BY THE CITY OF MIAMI (CITY); REQUIRING THE
ASSIGNMENT OF A CONDITION GRADE TO EACH CITY FACILITY INCLUDING
DOCUMENTATION OF DEFERRED MAINTENANCE AND CAPITAL REPAIR NEEDS;
DIRECTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A RECURRING INSPECTION SCHEDULE
BASED ON SUCH GRADES; FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
RETURN TO THE CITY COMMISSION BY DECEMBER 31, 2026, WITH FINDINGS
AND RECOMMENDATIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
