A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES BOARD FOR TERMS AS
DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Art in
Public Places Board, each to serve for a term ending November 21, 2029, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
Section 2. The employment prohibition contained in Section 2-884(e) of the Code of the
City of Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby waived by a four -fifths (4/5ths) vote of the
members of the City Commission, as said requirement relates to the appointment of Lisette
Garcia Arrogante as a member of the Art in Public Places Board.
1 Board appointments are administrative acts which do not require the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's
review and approval.
