A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH TWICE, ONCE IN EACH OF THE TWO SUCCESSIVE WEEKS,
IN A DAILY NEWSPAPER PUBLISHED IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, THE
NOTICE HEREIN SET FORTH PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PRELIMINARY BUDGET OF CURRENT EXPENSES AND OF CAPITAL
EXPENDITURES OF THE WATERWORKS SYSTEM, DEPARTMENT OF WATER
AND SEWERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,FLORIDA FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,1973; FURTHER AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCT-
ING THE CITY CLERK TO MAIL COPIES OF SUCH NOTICE AT LEAST
TEN DAYS BEFORE SUCH HEARING TO ALL WHO ARE ENTITLED THERE-
TO UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 4 OF ARTICLE IV OF THE
TRUST INDENTURE DATED DECEMBER 1,1940 SECURING CITY OF
MIAMI WATER REVENUE BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed
to publish twice, once in each of two successive weeks, in a daily news-
paper published in the City of Miami, the following notice:
PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Commission of the City
of Miami,Florida will hold a public hearing at 11:00 AM
on June 15,1972,in the City Commission Room, City Hall,
3500 Pan American Drive, Dinner Key,Miami,Florida on the
Preliminary Budget of Current Expenses and of Capital
Expenditures of the Waterworks System, Department of
Water and Sewers of the City of Miami,Florida for the
fiscal year ending June 30,1973, at which time and place
any bondholder and any citizen or taxpayer and any other
interested person may appear, in person or by agent or
attorney, and present any objections he may have to the
final adoption .of such budget.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby further authorized and
instructed to mail copies of such notice at least ten days before such
hearing to all who are entitled thereto under the provisions of Section
4 of Article IV of the Trust Indenture dated December 1,1940 securing
City of Miami Water Revenue Bonds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1972.
