A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED
MAY 17, 1972 OF WAYNE BLACKWEL= & COMPANY, INC.
IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $ 39,321..
FOR THE MANOR AND MOORE PARR SHELTERS -
1972; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS bids were received May 17, 1972 for MANOR AND
MOORE PARK SHELTERS - 1972; and
WHEREAS, funds for this project were allocated by
Resolution No. 72-7; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Wayne Blackwell & Company, Inc. , in the amount of
$ 39.321. is the lowest bid (acceptable) and
recommends that contract be awarded to said company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Wayne Blackwell & Company, Inc.
received May 17, 1972 for MANOR AND MOORE PARK SHELTERS - 1972,
namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on lump sum bid,
at a total estimated cost of $ 39,321.00 , be and the
same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract on behalf of the City of
Miami for the MANOR AND MOORE PARK SHELTERS - 1972.
