A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO CAUSE A PURCHASE u:;DER TO BE ISSUED TO

FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRENCHING MACHINE AT
A COST OF $ 3.”?.00 ; AUTHORIZING SAID
PURCHASE TO BE MADE FROM FUNDS PREVIOUSLY
ALLOCATED BY RESOLUTION NO. 72-7 FOR PARK
IMPROVEMENTS TO MOORE MW MANOR PARKS.
WHEREAS, bids were received by the City Manager
and City Clerk on May 15, 1972 for the purchase of one
trenching machine under Specification No. HE-72-25; and
WHEREAS, funds in Ehe amount of $ 3.857,00
are available for the purchase of this equipment from
the allocation provided by Resolution No. 72-7; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the purchase
of this trenching machine; and
WHEREAS, this trenching machine is immediately
needed to accomplish park and recreational facility
improvements under the 1972 Bond Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
Section 1. That the bid of H, F. MASON EQUIPMENT
CORP. , received May 15, 1972, for Item
HE-72-25, one trenching machine, in the amount of
$ 3,857.00 , be, and the same is hereby,
accepted.

Section 2. That this purchase is hereby author-
ized to be made from the funds allocated by Resolution
72-7 for Park improvements to Moore and Manor Parks.
