A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED
MAY 16, 1972 OF CON TRUCTION, INC.
IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF 36,17
FOR THE MIAMARINA IMPROVEMENTS - 1972;
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.

WHEREAS, bids were received May 16, 1972 for the
MIAMARINA IMPROVEMENTS - 1972; add
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Dock & Marine Construction, Inc. in the amount of $ 36,175.
is the lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract
be awarded to said company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of DOCK AND MARINE CONSTRUCTIQN. INC.
received May 16, 1972 for MIAMARINA IMPROVEMENTS - 1972,
namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on lump sum bid,
at a total estimated cost of $ 36,175. , be and the
same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract on behalf of the City of
Miami for the MIAMARINA IMPROVEMENTS - 1972.
