A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED
MAY 16, 1972 OF FLORIDA UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, INC.
IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF_,$_ 4 100.
FOR THE RIVERSIDE SANITARY SER MODIFI-
CATION; ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $ 38,200.
FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "SANITARY SEWER
BOND FUND"; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received May 16, 1972 for the RIVERSIDE
SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATION and funds in the amount of $ 38.200.
are available for allocation from the account entitled "Sanitary
Sewer Bond Fund"; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Florida Underground Utilities. Inc. in the amount of $ 34,100.
is the lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract
be awarded to said company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Florida Underground Utilities, Inc.
received May 16, 1972 for RIVERSIDE SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATION,
namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on unit prices,
at a total estimated cost of $ 34,100. , be and the
same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $ 38,200. be and the
same is hereby allocated from the account entitled "Sanitary
Sewer Bond Fund".
Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract on behalf of the City of
Miami for the RIVERSIDE SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATION.
