A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AS RECEIVED FROM
DUBL-CHEK OF FLORIDA, INC., FOR FURNISHING TWENTY-
NINE (29) ROBBERY BAIT MONEY PACKS FOR USE BY
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AT A TOTAL COST OF $2,653.50
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT TO ISSUE A PURCHASE
ORDER THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received on April 28, 1972, for
furnishing twenty-nine (29) Robbery Bait Money Packs for
use by the Police Department, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of
Dubl-Chek of Florida, Inc., at a total cost of $2,653.50,
be accepted as the bid most advantageous to the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Dubl-Chek of Florida, Inc., re-
ceived on April 28, 1972, for furnishing twenty-nine (29)
Robbery Bait Money Packs for use by the Police Department,
at a total cost of $2,653.50 is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is authorized and directed to instruct the
purchasing agent to issue purchase order therefor.
