RESOLUTION NO. 72 .0 2 //
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER TO JAMES M. ANDERSON,
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $1245.00 FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF N.W. 22 LANE & N.W. 23 STREET
SIDEWALK PROJECT - 4341-E.
WHEREAS, informal price quotations were received on
May 3, 1972 for N. W. 22 LANE & N. W. 23 STREET SIDEWALK
PROJECT - 4341-E, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $1245.00
bid of James M. Anderson, Inc. is the lowest responsible
bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the $1245.00 bid submitted by James
M. Anderson, Inc., under date of May 3, 1972, be and it is
hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to issue a Purchase Order to James
M. Anderson, Inc. in the amount of $1245.00 for the N. W.
22 LANE & N. W. 23 STREET SIDEWALK PROJECT - 4341-E.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this , IPP day of NAP,
1972.
