A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDA-
TIONS IN THE CITY MANAGER'S MEMORANDUM
OF MAY 8, 1972, ESTABLISHING THE METHOD
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE GROVE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the recommendations contained in the
City Manager's memorandum of May 8, 1972, establishing the
method of special assessments for the GROVE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, be, and the same are hereby,
adopted.
