A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK PER -
AN. FORMED BY ace REINERTSON EQUIPMENT CO., AT A
TOTAL COST OF $9,134.15 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $913.42 FOR REBCO SANITARY SEWER
MODIFICATIONS - 1972.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 23, 1972
between the City of Miami and Joe Reinertson Equipment Co.,
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Joe Reinertson Equipment Co. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the afore-
said contract, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Joe
Reinertson Equipment Co. for the TEBCO SANITARY SEWER
MODIFICATIONS - 1972, at a total cost of $9,134.15 is hereby
accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are authorized and directed to pay Joe Reinertson Equipment
Co. a balance of $913.42 as full and final payment for all
work performed and all materials furnished in connection
with the TEBCO SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS-1972.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this `lday of MO, , 1972.
