A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH ONCE IN THE MIAMI HERALD AND THE
MIAMI NEWS, DAILY NEWSPAPERS OF GENERAL CIRCULATION
PUBLISHED IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, A NOTICE HEREIN SET
FORTH, PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PRELI-
MINARY BUDGET OF CURRENT EXPENSES AND ALL CAPITAL
EXPENDITURES OF THE SEWER SYSTEM, DEPARTMENT OF WATER
AND SEWERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,FLORIDA FOR THE FIS-
CAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,1973; FURTHER AUTHORIZING AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK 'r0 MAIL COPIES OF SUCH
NOTICE AT LEAST TEN DAYS BEFORE SUCH HEARING TO ALL
WHO ARE ENTITLED THERETO UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 505, OF ORDINANCE 4573 ADOPTED AUGUST 6,1952
AUTHORIZING AND SECURING CITY OF MIAMI SEWER REVENUE
BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and instruc-
ted to publish once in The Miami Herald and The Miami News, daily news-
papers of general circulation published in the City of Miami, the fol-
lowing notice:
PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Commission of the City of
N,Sami,Florida will hold a public hearing at 11:00 o'clock AM
June 15,.1972, in the City Commission Meeting Room at City
Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Dinner Key, Miami,Florida on
the Preliminary Budget of Current Expenses and all Capital
Expenditures of the Sewer System, Department of Water and
Sewers of the City of Miami, Florida for the fiscal year end-
ing June 30,1973, at which time and place any bondholder and
any citizen or taxpayer and any other interested person may
appear in person or by agent or attorney, and present any ob-
jections he may have to the final adoption of said Budget.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is further authorized and instruo-
ted to mail copies of such notice at least ten days before such hear-
ing to all who are entitled thereto under the provisions of Section
505 of Ordinance 4573 adopted August 6,1952 authorizing and securing
arty of Miami Sewer Revenue Bonds.
