A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE THAT
NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY BETWEEN N. W. 20TH AND
N. W. 21ST STREETS, AND N. W. 15TH AND N. W.
17TH AVENUES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH TENTATIVE
PLAT #808-B, DESIGNATED AS "BLUDWORTH SUB-
DIVISION", SUBJECT.TO RECORDING FORMAL PLAT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Miami, at its meeting held on April 24, 1972, passed and
adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 72-96, recommend-
ing the closing, vacating, abandoning and discontinuing for
public use that North -South Alley, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That North -South Alley between N. W. 20th
and N. W. 21st Streets, and N. W. 15th and N. W. 17th Avenues,
in accordance with Tentative Plat #808-B, designated as
"BLUDWORTH SUBDIVISION", be and the same is hereby closed,
vacated, abandoned and discontinued for public use, subject
to recording formal plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this/7 day of #* , 1972.
