RESOLUTION NO.?l 4, 73
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL USE"
AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
XI, SECTION 1 (5)(b), TO PERMIT "DRIVE -IN -
TELLERS" ON LOTS 6 THRU 10, NELSON VILLA
AMD (4-81) AND LOTS 23 THRU 27, BISCAYNE
PARK ADDN (2-24), IN ACCORDANCE WITH PLAN
ON FILE IN PLANNING BOARD OFFICE, LOCATED
AT 1550 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, IN A C-1 (LOCAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Miami, at its meeting held on April 10, 1972, passed and
adopted by an 8 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 72-80, recom-
mending granting a "Conditional Use" as provided in Ordinance
No. 6871, Article XI, Section 1 (5)(b), as hereinafter set
forth; and this Commission deems it advisable for the public
convenience and welfare and finds that the use will not be
detrimental or injurious to the character of the development
of the immediate neighborhood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for a "Conditional Use"
as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XI, Section 1 (5)
(b), to permit "Drive -In -Tellers" on Lots 6 thru 10, NELSON
VILLA AMD, Plat Book 4, Page 81, and Lots 23 thru 27, BISCAYNE
PARK ADDN, Plat Book 2, Page 24, in accordance with plan on
file in Planning Board Office, located at 1550 Biscayne Boule-
vard, in a C-1 (Local Commercial) District, be and the same is
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS /9F day of AMP, , 1972.

following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 72-80 by an
8 to 0 vote (1 member absent) recommending "Conditional Use" as
listed in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XI, Section 1 (5) (b), to per-
mit Drive -in -Tellers on above site, Lots 6 thru 10, NELSON VILLA
AMD (4-81), and , Lots 23 thru 27 BISCAYNE PARK ADDN (2-24), located
at 1550 Biscayne Boulevard, in accordance with plan on file in
Planning Board Office; site zoned C-1 (Local Commercial).
No of ections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this "Conditional Use" has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
