Section 15-18 of Chapter 15 entitled "Elections" of the Code of the City of Miami, is hereby amend- ed by deleting Sub -Paragraph B.of Paragraph 14 of Section 15-18. in its entirety. Section 2. Sub -Section C of Paragraph 14 of Section 15-18 of the Code of the City of Miami is hereby amended by deleting. the words "upon the City Manager's report being submitted to the Commission and after considering the report, if" and substituting therefor the words "in the. event". Section 3. Paragraph 14 of Section 15-18 of the Code of the City of Miami is hereby amended by redesignating Sub -Paragraph C as 8. Section 4, Paragraph 14, of Section 15-18 of the Codeof the City of Miami is hereby amended by redeai9nating Sub -Paragraph U as C. Section 5.
