A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED
MAY 3, 1972 OF FENCE MAIE 33INCH IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF , .
FOR THE MANOR AND MOORE PARKS - FENCING
1972; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREOF.
WHEREAS, bids were received May 3, 1972 for the MANOR
AND MOORE PARKS FENCING - 1972; and
WHEREAS, funds for this project were allocated by
Resolution No. 72-7; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Fence Masters. Inc. , in the amount of $ 33.444.,
is the bid/��8�fca�itdgrecommends that contract
be awarded to said company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Fence Masters, Inc.
received May 3, 1972, for the MANOR AND MOORE PARKS - FENCING -
1972, namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on lump sum
bid, at a total estimated cost of $ 33,444. be and
the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract on behalf of the City
of Miami for the MANOR AND MOORE PARKS - FENCING - 1972.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of0, 1972.
