A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF KING
FENCE OF MIAMI, INC . , RECEIVED APRIL 12,
1972, FOR INSTALLATION OF THE ALLAPATTAH-
COMSTOCK PARK - FENCING - 1972, JOB NO.
2554, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,100.00; ALLOCATING
THE AMOUNT OF $1,232.00 FROM THE RECREATIONAL
FACILITIES BOND FUND TO COVER THE COST THEREOF;
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO CAUSE A PURCHASE ORDER TO BE ISSUED THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, informal price quotations were received
by the City Manager and City Clerk on April 12, 1972
for the installation of ALLAPATTAH COMSTOCK PARK -
FENCING - 1972; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid
of King Fence of Miami, Inc. in the amount of $1,100.00
is the lowest and best bid (acceptable); and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from
the Recreational Facilities Bond Fund account to cover
the cost of this work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of King Fence of Miami,
Inc., received April 12, 1972, for installation of the
ALLAPATTAH COMSTOCK PARK - FENCING - 1972, JOB. NO. 2554,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted, in the amount of
$1,100.00.
Section 2. That the amount of $1,232.00 is hereby

allocated from the Recreational Facilities Bond Fund
to cover the cost of this work.
Section 3. That the City Manager is authorized
and directed to cause a purchase order to be issued as
set out in Section 1 hereof.
