A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED APRIL
20, 1972 OF P. J. CONSTRUCTORS, INC., IN THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $13,945.00 FOR THE S. E.
14 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352 IN S. E.
14 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4352;
ALLOCATING THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF $15,118.00
FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
BOND FUND" AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received April 20, 1972 for the S. E.
14 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352, and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $15,118.00 are avail-
able for allocation from the account entitled "Highway
Improvement Bond Fund", and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of P. J.
Constructors, Inc. in the amount of $13,945.00 is the lowest
responsible bid and recommends that contract be awarded to
said company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of P. J. Constructors, Inc. received
April 20, 1972 for S. E. 14 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352
in 5. E. 14 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4352,
namely Items 1 through 11 of Proposal, based on unit prices,
at a total estimated cost of $13,945.00 is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The additional amount of $15,118.00 is hereby
allocated from the account entitled "Highway Improvement Bond
Fund".
Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of

in S. E. 14 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT A-4352 .
