RESOLUT ION NO. VI'S
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GENERAL HAULING
SERVICE INC. TO BE LICENSED AS A COMMER-
CIAL WASTE COLLECTOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH
ORDINANCE NO. 7434.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance No. 7434,
commercial waste collectors are required to be licensed
by the City of Miami after a proper application and in-
vestigation has been made as to the qualifications and
reputation of the applicant; and
WHEREAS, an application had been completed and
submitted to the City Manager by the License Division,
together with all pertinent information required by
Ordinance No. 7434; and
WHEREAS, General Hauling Service Inc.'s application
had been accepted and said business was authorized to
operate within the corporate limits of the City of Miami
under the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 7434; and
WHEREAS, said application appears to be in the
proper form and in compliance with Ordinance No. 7434;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following application for
a Commercial Waste Collection License is hereby approved
