A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT
OF WAY DEED FROM N. E. 26 STREET, LTD.,
A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
WHEREAS, N. E. 26 Street from Biscayne Boulevard to
Biscayne Bay is zoned 50 feet wide and needs an additional
five foot dedication along most of both sides of the street
to bring it up to full zoned width; and
WHEREAS, N. E. 26 Street, Ltd., a limited partnership,
owns the property identified as Lots "D", "E" and "F", located
on the South side of N. E. 26 Street, and has executed a Highway
Right of Way Deed conveying the required North 5 feet of said
lots for street and/or sidewalk purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the Commission to accept
the aforesaid Deed and order that it be recorded in the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Highway Right of Way Deed dated
April 17, 1972, executed by N. E. 26 Street, Ltd., a limited
partnership, conveying a five-foot strip of land for street
and/or sidewalk purposes, as described therein of said Deed
being attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof,
be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the proper official of the City of Miami,
be and he is hereby directed to record said Deed in the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, after imprinting thereon the
following certificate as required by State law:
