RESOLUTION .072!�
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENTS DATED FEBRUARY 25, 1972 AND
APRIL 9, 1972, FROM MR. AND MRS. HODGKINS
AND MR. AND MRS. HUDSON, RESPECTIVELY;
AND DIRECTING THAT THEY BE RECORDED IN
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, in designing the LeJeune Gardens Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-5315, it was found necessary to obtain two per-
manent sanitary sewer easements to accommodate the construction
of the improvement from Mr. and Mrs. Hodgkins and Mr. and Mrs.
Hudson; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid parties have executed the necessary
Grants of Easement under dates of February 25, 1972 and April 9,
1972, respectively, and it is now in order for the Commission
to accept said Easements and direct that they be recorded in
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the two Grants of Easements for Sanitary
Sewer construction dated February 25, 1972 and April 9, 1972,
from Percival Hodgkins and Vera Hodgkins, his wife, and
Willard E. Hudson, Jr. and Helen F. Hudson, his wife, respect-
ively, be and they are hereby accepted for the therein described
two easements, copy of said Grants of Easements being attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the proper official of the City of Miami
be, and he is hereby directed to record in the Public Records
of Dade County the aforesaid two Grants of Easement after
attaching thereto or imprinting thereon the following certifi-
cate as required by State law:
