FOR TWO STRIPS OF LAND NEEDED FOR WIDENING N. W. 22 LANE AND N. W. 23 STREET, RESPECTIVELY, EASTWARD PROM N. W. 5 AVENUE; AND DIRECTING THAT THEY BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, both N. W. 22 Lane and N. W. 23 Street require additional dedication to bring them up to zoned width; and WHEREAS, Americana Knitting Mills of Miami, Inc. own the land between these two streets, extending eastward from N. W. 5 Avenue and has executed two Highway Right of Way Deeds for the required dedication of property on both streets; and WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City to accept the aforesaid deeds and record them in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the two Highway Right of Way Deeds dated April 10, 1972, from Americana Knitting Mills of Miami, Inc. dedicating for street and sidewalk purposes two strips of land as described in said deeds on N. W. 22 Lane and N. W. 23 Street, respectively, needed for widening said streets to zoned width, be and the same are hereby accepted, copy of said deeds being attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Section 2.
