A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RENTAL FEE
FOR THE USE OF THE MARINE STADIUM
ON THE EVENING OF MAY 26, 1972, TO
HOLD A LUAU, PROVIDED, HOWEVER,
THAT THE DIRECT EXPENSES TO THE CITY
IN CONNECTION WITH THE HOLDING OF
SUCH EVENT, IN AN AMOUNT OF $602.24,
BE PAID BY THE APPLICANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the rental fee for the use of the Marine Stadium
by Luau '72, Inc. to hold a luau for the purpose of raising
funds for the Democratic Party be, and it is, hereby waived,
provided, however, that the direct expenses to the City in
connection with the holding of such event, in an amount of
$602.24, be paid by the applicant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1972.
