RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION NO.
72-33 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVER-
TISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CORAL WAY SOUTH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4354 IN
CORAL WAY SOUTH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4354.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of April 6.
1972, Resolution No. 72-33 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as CORAL WAY SOUTH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4354, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on May 4, 1972 as to any
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 72-33,
which ordered CORAL WAY SOUTH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4354, and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission. It
is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said
ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise
for sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution 72-33 dated April 6,
1972 which ordered CORAL WAY SOUTH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4354
is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of CORAL WAY
SOUTH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4354.
