RESOLUTION NO. 72t
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 72-32; ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $25,000
FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "SANITARY SEWER
BOND FUNDS" FOR PRELIMINARY EXPENSES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR
SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF EAST
PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5352C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) IN EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5352-C (CENTER-
LINE SEWER).
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of April 6, 1972,
Resolution No. 72-32 was passed which ordered a sanitary sewer
improvement identified as EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5352-C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $25,000 are available for
allocation from the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer Bond Funds"
for preliminary expenses; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on May 4, 1972 as to any
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 72-32, which
Resolution ordered EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5352-C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said sanitary
sewer improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is there-
fore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolu-
tion and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids
for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Section 1. Resolution No. 72-32 dated April 6, 1972,
which ordered EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5352-C
(centerline sewer) in EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5352-C (centerline sewer), be and the same is hereby
confirmed.
Section 2. The amount of $25,000 is hereby allocated
from the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer Bond Funds" for
Preliminary Expenses.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to adver-
tise for sealed bids for the construction of EAST PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5352-C (centerline sewer).
