A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO FOLLOW THE LEGISLATIVE POLICY OF THE
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO SUBMIT
THE ORANGE BOWL CONCESSION LEASE TO PUBLIC
BID.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of
Miami has passed and adopted Resolution No. 72-123;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, directed to follow the legislative policy of the
Commission of the City of Miami to submit the Orange
Bowl concession lease to public bid.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1972.
