A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
MARCH 21, 1972 OP BARNETT'S OFFICE SUPPLIES
CO. FOR FURNISHING AND DELIVERING MISCELLAN-
EOUS OFFICE FURNITURE, OF THE TYPE AND AT
THE PRICES LISTED HEREIN, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$7,840.80 AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER
THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, a bid was received on March 21, 1972, by the
City Manager and City Clerk for the furnishing and delivering
of miscellaneous office furniture for use by various depart-
ments of the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Barnett's Office Supplies Co. is the best (acceptable) bid and
recommends that said bid be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received March 21, 1972 of Barnett's
Office Supplies Co. for furnishing and delivering miscellaneous
office furniture for use by various departments of the City of
Miami of the type and at the prices listed hereunder, at a
total cost of $7,840.80, be and the same is, hereby accepted:
