RESOLUTION NO.72`97
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AND DELIVER TO RUSSELL SEIFERTH
AND JEAN M. SEIFERTH, HIS WIFE, A QUIT-
CLAIM DEED FOR A 5 FOOT STRIP OF LAND
ACROSS LOTS 31 AND 32 WOODLAWN, PLAT BOOK
1, PAGE 148, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DEED.
WHEREAS, the then owners of Lots 31 and 32 Woodlawn,
Plat Book 1, Page 148 dedicated a 5-foot strip of land
for street widening on the south side of N. W. 25th Street
between 3rd and 4th Avenues and, again in 1950 the owners
dedicated an additional 5-foot strip of land; and
WHEREAS, the City does not plan to use this second 5-
foot dedication in the foreseeable future and it appears
reasonable to grant the request of the current property
owners to return the land to them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute and deliver to
Russell Seiferth and Jean M. Seiferth, his wife a Quit -Claim
Deed for a 5-foot strip of land across Lots 31 and 32, Woodlawn,
Plat Book 1, Page 148, as described in said Deed, copy of said
Deed being attached hereto and made a part hereof.
