A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED
DATED MARCH 19, 1972 FROM MR. AND MRS.
HECTOR BRITO FOR A 5 FOOT STRIP OF LAND
FOR WIDENING N. W. 22 COURT BETWEEN N. W.
7 AND N. W. 9 Streets
WHEREAS, an additional 5 feet of land is needed along
the West side of N. W. 22 Court between N. W. 7 and N. W.
9 Streets for bringing the right-of-way up to proper width;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Hector Brito have executed and
delivered to the City of Miami a Highway Right -of -Way Deed
for the required 5,foot strip of land along their property;
and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City of Miami to
formally accept the aforesaid Highway Right -of -Way Deed and
to record it in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Highway Right -of -Way Deed dated
March 15, 1972, executed by Hector Brito and Edita Brito,
his wife, for a 5 foot strip of land along their property
adjacent to N. W. 22 Court between N. W. 7 and N. W. 9 Streets
as more particularly described in said Highway Right -of -Way
Deed attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof,
be and the same Is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the Property Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to record the aforesaid Highway Right -of -Way Deed

or imprinting thereon the following Certificate, as required
by State law:
