A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL USE"
AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
V, SECTION 1 (6) (c) , TO PERMIT USE OF LOTS
2 AND 3, BLOCK 4, COPPINGERS TROPICAL
GARDENS (16-52), LOCATED AT THE N.E. CORNER
OF N.W. 7TH STREET AND 19TH AVENUE, FOR
PARKING LOT, WITH NO ACCESS ON N.W. 19TH
AVENUE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH PROPOSED STRUCTURE
TO BE LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1895 N.W. 7TH
STREET, LOCATED IN AN R-1 (ONE -FAMILY) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Miami, at its meeting held on March 6, 1972, passed and adopted
by an 8 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 72-57, recommending denial
for a "Conditional Use", as provided in Ordinance No. 6871,
Article V, Section 1 (6)(c), as hereinafter set forth; and
this Commission deems it advisable for the public convenience
and welfare and finds that the use will not be detrimental or
injurious to the welfare of the development of the immediate
neighborhood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for a "Conditional Use"
as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 1 (6)(c),
to permit use of Lots 2 and 3, Block 4, COPPINGERS TROPICAL
GARDENS, Plat Book 16, Page 52, located at the N. E. Corner
of N. W. 7th Street and 19th Avenue, for parking lot, with no
access on N. W. 19th Avenue, in conjunction with proposed
structure to be located at approximately 1895 N. W. 7th Street,
located in an R-1 (One -family) district, be and the same is
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April , 1972.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of March 6, 1972, Item
44, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 72-57
by an 8 to 0 vote (one member absent) recommending DENIAL for
"Conditional Use" as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE V,
Section 1 (6) (c), to permit use of Lots 2 and 3, Biock 4,
COPPINGERS TROPICAL GARDENS (16-52), located at the N. E. corner
of N. W. 7th Street and 19th Avenue, for parking lot, with no
access on N. W. 19th Avenue, in conjunction with proposed struc-
ture to be located at approximately 1895 N. W. 7th Street; park-
ing spaces to be 9' X 20' (10' X 20' required); zoned R-1
(One -Family).
Three objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this "Conditional Use" has been pre-
pared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for considera-
tion of the City Commission.
