A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLU.-
TION N0. 43000 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF JEFFERSON HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4350 IN JEFFERSON HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4350.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of
November 17, 1971, Resolution No. 43000 was passed
which ordered a highway improvement identified as.
JEFFERSON HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4350; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public
hearing was held before the City Commission on April
‹' 20, 1972 as to any objections to the confirmation of
Resolution No. 43000, which resolution ordered JEFFERSON
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4350; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of
said highway improvement were sustained by the Commission.
It is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm
said ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk
to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of said
Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

hereby, confirmed.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is authorized
to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of
JEFFERSON HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4350.
