A RESOLUTION URGING METROPOLITAN DADE
COUNTY'S DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC LIBRARIES
TO CONSIDER THE REQUEST OF THE DR.
MARTIN LUTHER KING BOULEVARD DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION FOR A LIBRARY -MUSEUM COMPLEX
IN THE LINEAR PARK PROPOSED TO BE LOCATED
ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF NW 62ND STREET
BETWEEN NW 12TH AND NW 15TH AVENUES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the Metropolitan Dade County Department of Public
Libraries be, and it is, hereby urged to consider the request
of the Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard Development Corpora-
tion for a library -museum complex in the linear park proposed
to be located along the south side of NW 62nd Street between
NW 12th and NW 15th Avenues in the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1972.
