A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE TO ACCEPT THE SUM OF $.350,00
IN FULL AND COMPLETE SETTLEMENT IN THE
CLAIM OF CITY OF MIAMI VERSUS ISMAEL E.
ROBLES, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A RELEASE
RELEASING ISMAEL E. ROBLES FROM ANY AND
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS ARISING OUT OF
THE ACCIDENT INVOLVED IN THE ABOVE CLAIM.
WHEREAS, a claim has been filed by the City of Miami
against ISMAEL E. ROBLES as a result of a collision between
a City of Miami vehicle and an automobile owned by ISMAEL E.
ROBLES, on October 11, 1971, on West Flagler Street and
N. W. 27th Avenue, in the City of Miami, and in which the
City of Miami vehicle was damaged; and
WHEREAS, an offer of settlement on behalf of ISMAEL E.
ROBLES has been made to the City of Miami which offer is in
the amount of $350.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney of the City of Miami has
advised that it is in the best interest of the City of Miami
to accept said offer of $350.00 in full and complete settle-
ment of the above claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance is hereby
authorized and directed to accept the sum of $350.00 in
full and complete settlement in the claim of City of Miami
versus Ismael E. Robles, and authorizing the City Manager

and the City Clerk of the City of Miami to execute a release
releasing Ismael E. Robles from any and all claims and
demands arising out of the accident involved in the above
claim.
