RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BIDS RECEIVED
MARCH 1, 1972, OF DE BRA TURF & EQUIPMENT
CO., HECTOR TURF & GARDEN SUPPLY, MOZ-ALL
OF FLORIDA AND DADELAND FARM GARDEN SUPPLY
FOR FURNISHING AND DELIVERING PARKS MOWING
EQUIPMENT OF THE TYPE AND AT THE PRICES
LISTED HEREIN FOR USE IN VARIOUS CITY OF
MIAMI PARKS, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING
AGENT OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO ISSUE PURCHASE
ORDERS THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received March 1, 1972 by the City
Manager and City Clerk for furnishing and delivering parks
mowing equipment for use in various City of Miami parks; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bids of
De Bra Turf & Equipment Co., Hector Turf & Garden Supply,
Moz-All of Florida and Dadeland Farm Garden Supply are the
best (acceptable) bids and recommends that the same be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
C ITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bids received March 1, 1972 for furnish-
ing and delivering parks mowing equipment for use in various
City of Miami parks from the following listed firms of the type
and at the prices listed below:
De Bra Turf & Equipment Co.

Hector Turf & Garden Supply
Moz-A11 of Florida
Dadeland Farm Garden Supply
and the same are hereby
- 14 Edger Trimmers
1 Turf Vacuum
Total
- 1 Sod Cutter

Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to instruct the Purchasing Agent of the City
of Miami to issue purchase orders for the items described
in Section 1 hereof.
