RESOLUTION NO._
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE POLICE MANAGEMENT
STUDY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND STANFORD
RESEARCH INSTITUTE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Police Management Study Agreement between
the City and Stanford Research Institute is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of 1972.
