A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PLANNING DEPARTr-
MENT TO SUBMIT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A PROPOSED
AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO PR DISTHCTS, WHICH
AMENDMENT WOULD PROVIDE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS AND
APPROVAL OF DESIGN PROPOSALS AT THE PLANNING
BOARD LEVEL, AND FOR SUBSEQUENT PUBLIC HEARINGS
AND DESIGN APPROVAL AT THE CITY COMMISSION LEVEL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the Planning Department be, and it is, hereby re-
quested to submit recommendations for a proposed amendment to
the City of Miami's Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance as it per-
tains to PR Districts, which amendment would provide for public
hearings and approval of design proposals at the Planning Board
level, and for subsequent public hearings and design approval
at the City Commission level.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1972.
