A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COUNTY DEED DATED
FEBRUARY 16, 1972 CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
MIAMI THE DOCK PROPERTIES AS MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED IN SAID DEED.
WHEREAS, Metropolitan Dade County, Florida, prepared,
under date of February 16, 1972, a County Deed returning to
The City of Miami the property referred to as City of Miami
Dock Properties as more particularly described in said Deed,
and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
accept said Deed and to order that it be recorded in the
Public Records of Dade County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The County Deed dated February 16, 1972
conveying to The City of Miami the property identified as
The City of Miami Dock Properties as more particularly de-
scribed in said Deed, copy of which is attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof be, and the same is here-
by, accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
be, and they are hereby, directed to record in the Public
Records of Dade County the aforesaid Deed.

COUNTY DEED
THIS DEED made this 16th day of February , 1972,
by DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision, party of the first
part, and the CITY OF MIAMI, a Municipal corporation existing under and
by virtue of Statutes of the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10 to it in hand paid by the party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in consideration of
mutual undertakings set forth in Resolution No. R-4830-60 of the
Board of County Commissioners of Dade County adopted on April 5, 1960,
and Resolution No. R-31837 of the Commission of the City of Miami
adopted on April 6, 1960, and Resolution No. R-6573-61 of the Board
of County Commissioners of Dade County adopted on May 23, 1961, and
Resolution No..32774 of the Commission of the City of Miami adopted
on May 17, 1961, has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the
second part, its successors and assigns, forever, the following
described land lying and being in Dade County, Florida:
Legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
and incorporated herein by reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part
has caused these presents to be executed in its name, by its Board
of County Commissioners acting by the Mayor or Vice -Mayor of said
Board the day and year aforesaid.

County Deed and they severally acknowledged the same to be their
free act and deed as such'officers, and have affixed thereto the
official seal of the said County, and by and with the authority of
law and of the Board of County Commissioners, and that the said
instrument is the free and formal act of the said County of Dade.
