A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $14, 000. 00
TO FURTHER MODIFY THE DINNER I<EY COAST
GUARD STATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE HOLDING
OF BOXING EVENTS ATTENDED BY THE PUBLIC;
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PROCEED WITH THESE ADJUSTMENTS AS RAPIDLY
AS POSSIBLE AND TO ACCOMPLISH THE NEEDED
ADJUSTMENTS BY CITY FORCES OR BY CONTRACT,
WHICHEVER IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE
CITY:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
Section 1. That $14, 000. 00 is hereby appropriated
to further modify the dinner key coast guard station to provide
for the holding of boxing events attended by the public.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and is hereby,
authorized to proceed with these adjustments as rapidly as
possible and to accomplish the needed adjustments by City forces
or by contract, whichever is in the best interest of the City.
