A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ACTION
TAKEN BY THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTITUTE
A RECREATIONAL BOXING PROGRAM AT THE
DINNER KEY COAST GUARD PROPERTY, TO
ACCOMPLISH REQUIRED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
AND ADJUSTMENTS AS NEEDED BY CITY FORCES
OR THROUGH CONTRACT, WHICHEVER IS IN THE
BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY; AND FURTHER
ALLOCATING $6, 000. 00 FROM RECREATIONAL
BOND FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SAID IM-
PROVEMENTS AND WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the action taken by the City Manager
to institute a recreational boxing program at the Dinner Key
Coast Guard property, to accomplish required capital improve-
ments and adjustments as needed, by City forces or through
contract, whichever is in the best interest of the City, be, and
is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. That $6, 000. 00 from Recreational Bond Funds
for the purpose of said improvements and work, be and is hereby
allocated.
