A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO RENEW THE EXISTING
CONTRACT WITH H. LESLIE QUIOG FOR A PERIOD OF ONE
YEAR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONTAINED THEREIN
WHEREAS, H. Leslie Quigg has served as Yac)t Docks Co-
ordinator on a yearly contract basis for several. years; and
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it advisable in the interest
of the general welfare of the citizens of the City of Miami to
renew this contract for an additional year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI,FLORIDA:
That the City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby autho-
rized and directed to renew the existing contract between the
City of Miami and H. Leslie Quigg for an additional year com-
mencing May 6s1972, through May 5,1973, at a salary of $459.00 per
month, subject to the terms and conditions contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April,1972.
